are all oem civic shifters the same?
i just got an auto-manual swap, and the shifter that was said to be oem is banging on my exhaust pipe pretty bad
are all civic shifters the same? interchangable? i think i'm going to go to honda tomm and just fork over the 30 bucks for a brand new specific oem one just to be sure.
also if you could point me out to a good DIY on the shifter install it'd be greatly appreciated

All i know is a d-series are the same... b-series are the same.. but I think the only difference between the two are how thick the bottom of the shifter is, (where the bolt goes through with the shiftlinkage

The GSR dual bend shifter I have in my car was longer at where the shifter connects to the linkage and wouldn't slip into the d-series linkage.. so I have to cut it shorter to fit.
