Ive just recently swapped in a JDM ITR motor into my 97 Civic 4dr (sleeper haha). Oh god do I love my motor. I kinda wish it was a full ITR but i take waht i can get.

Anyways, Im looking to start a NA build. My eventual goal is shooting for around 300 NA whp. im kinda lost as to where to go from here. Im not trying to sound like a noob or anyhing. I know my way around a Honda. Ive been looking at alot ot Toda gear. And Im not quite sure where the best place to start is. Should I start with the bottom end or the top? Right now my only mods are a carbon fiber whale ***** and Mugen thermostat and fan switch.

 

300hp? thats really really difficult for a N/A b series. Try looking into the Allmotor threads, u'll get a lot of info there.

 

Seriously, a turbo kit would be more reliable and a LOT cheaper at that power level. If you really want 300 WHP, toss on a greddy kit, intercooler and hondata tune it.

Best of luck on the NA thing though. If you're serious about that power goal, maybe you should start with a K24 or H22 instead..
