i have a stock d16y7, swapping into a ex vtec head d1678 will it help

i have a stock d16y7, swapping into a ex vtec head d1678 will it help?

if so how much will it help,

and any other suggestions on what i should do, im trying to do a mini swap

you mean d16Y8? never heard of a d1678 head..
