replacing axle seal on b-series transmission

ok guys i need to replace the seal on my passenger side axle but want to know exactly how to do it. Should i just pry it out and grease the other one before i put it in or is there a trick on how i should do it.

take out the axle, use a seal puller and yank it out. clean the hole, DO NOT USE GREASE ON ANYTHING. use a seal installer and pound it in gently. 30-40 minute job, smoke break in between.
