Default Exhausts for B18(searched already)

I will be getting an exhaust soon for a 91 civic HB, and I was wondering if anyone knows out of these exhausts which makes the most HP, has a nice tone(not the nasty sounding squeals), and what size(I heard to big isn't good for non turbo). Oh yeah I don't plan on going turbo or using nitrous. Also would it be better to get the exhaust after the swap or it wouldn't make a difference if its done before or after swap?

Oh the exhaust list is-

Tanabe Medallion - Sounds nice(site has videos)

Invidia N1 - Love the muffler shape(is there a name for that shape?)

Apexi WS2

Also let me know about any other good exhausts.

Tanabe sounds just as good.

It doesn't look oem but it has a good look to it.

What does FTW mean? And a would custom exhaust would be the best way to go? And if I do a custom exhaust it gotta be done after the swap right? What are the advantages and disadvantages of a custom exhaust?(sorry about all the questions) And are there any advantages with getting a uh...non custom aftermarket exhaust? The Kteller idea looks nice.....2.25 stainless piping and 60mm HKS Hi Power muffler, is it good for the price though or are custom exhausts usually that price range? Sorry for all the questions and thanks. I was thinking of Apexi, but if it has the OEM sound, I'll pass on that, but has anyone anything good about the invidia?
