I have lumnics bulbs,"hid look alikes"...My driver side keeps goin out the 2nd time the blub actually popped...could this be a problem with the fuse wires or the blub? the passanger side hasnt had any problems

 

Could be a short, but the fuse should take care of that? It could be the socket. Check the fuse and light socket for any corrosion or rust, anything that could cause problems. If you discover anything clean it off and try again.
