Default help with fuse problem

i was driving tonight and my drivers side low beam went out..i thought it was the bulb so i put my stock one in...not the problem..i check the fuse and it was blown..so i replaced the drivers side low beam fuse and the second i turned on the headlights it popped again..tried another fuse ,,popped again soon as i turned on the headlights...what could be causing the 10amp drivers side low beam fuse to keep popping..
note: ive been running piaa extreme whites for the past 8 months without a problem till this..

car is a 96 integra se..

TIA

Most likely its grounding out. Check the wires up by the headlight to see if there is a bad connection somewhere or bare wire. Then replace that section of wire.
