I searched but didn't find a definate answer and was kinda confuseing. So I've been having a problem for awhile where I can't rev my motor very high, and it has a bad idle, and misfires sometimes, well anyways I took the spark plugs out today and 3 had a bit of oil on the threads, but one of em, cylinder #2 was really drenched in oil, all the way down to the electrode. I was wondering is this just a simple gasket and seal fix? Or is it something more serious, I really hope it's nothing serious. Any help would be awesome! Thanks.

 

i would start out with replacing your spark plug o rings and valve cover gasket.

 

give it a compression test.
