if you know how to wire its pretty simple. hot from fuse box and ground. the coil wire goes to coil under hood, (green-white) wire.

assuming it is an eg or ek,
red ign switch 12v
black ground
white switched 12v for the lights
and the green: that blue wire hooked to nothing.

when i installed mine on my old car that didnt have a tach i just ran wires into the engine bay and tapped those...

however..can you just connect the tach signal wire to the one behind the cluster?

even if you car doesnt have a tach stock, it still has that wire...so would that work?

Why take it to the firewall when the wire is behind his gauge cluster?

just saying from my experience it was easier to go to the wire right by the fireall than try to get to the one behind the cluster.

wire it from the ecu absolutely no need to tap wires off your distributor, and waste time pulling them through the firewall.
