Default Euro-R Intake Manifold Vacuum Lines

Does anyone happen to have a vacuum line diagram for a Euro-R? This is a Euro-R intake manifold and I'm wondering what this plugged off nipple is next to the throttle cable. Anyone have any idea what its for/where its supposed to go?

yeah, it runs good. The only reason i even got started looking around is cause when i tried to install my skunk2 throttle body the idle ended up being VERY low at about 100 or a lil lower and would even get so low that it would just die on its own. The idle adjust screw on the skunk2 TB didn't adjust the idle at all and i'm just trying to figure out whats going on. I believe it has something to do with the hose you see on the left hand side of the pic that plugs into a nipple on the TB. With the TB i have right now if i unplug that hose my idle just dies and the skunk2 TB isn't made to even have that hose at all.

Does anyone happen to have a vacuum diagram for a Euro-R H22 in particular? There's quite a few lines that im unsure of where they go.
