What ECU is this? No label, but pic included.

I have searched, but can't find any tables to relate the definition code(m66207-232).
I tried Pgmfi but it isn't working for me.

Hope one of you guys can help, thanks in advance.

Its a Chipped PR4 (it says it right on the middle brace). Cant really tell if its chipped for VTEC or not but its a LS ecu.
