pop the hood.
look t the firewall.
look at the battery.
to the right of the battery.

17mm wrench or socket, and a 14mm line wrench.
and i think there is a 10mm nut or bolt there somewhere too.

open the gas cap first, put a rag over the top banjo bolt, thats the 17mm bolt on the top, and crack it, the rag will catch the gas.

In addition to what everyone else said...wear gloves. There's not A LOT of fuel, especially if you put a rag on top, but gasoline burns some peoples skin and it wont hurt to wear a glove.

Replace the washers, too. Your filter SHOULD come with them, if not...get them. They are inexpensive and a good thing to change. You dont want a fuel leak.

Shouldnt he cut off the fuel from the main tank by disconnecting the wires? Just wondering. Cuz I did that with my Si.

The only other thing is make sure when you put the new one on that the metal fork thing on top of the filter is aligned correctly with the banjo fitting and the slot in the firewall bracket to keep the filter from spinning. Last one I did I had a hard time getting it to line up correctly for some reason. Had to carefully tweak on the metal fuel line a tad to get it lined up
