I believe it is #16 on that diagram should be on the right side of the tank from what i can tell.

Edit: Looking under the car I cant see it at all. Must be hidden under some exhaust shielding or something. Probably need to get it on a lift to find it.

Logic would tell you it would be accessible from the underside of the car.

But who knows? Anybody else replaced it???

It looks to be to the right of the tank, right next to it. So im not for certain.

nevermind....i called up honda today and they said it was a lifetime filter and you dont have to change it but its under the hood

To help you guys out, that diagram shows what is under the lower portion of the rear seats. Also, 16 wasn't the filter but part of the pump assembly.

Yeah whoever you spoke to at honda lied to you. It should be raplced about every 100k miles. It is under the rear seat. You need to take out the seats and unscrew the tank cover and pull up the assembly it's attached there. It's def. an intank filter.
