Default GSR brakes on 97 ek

OK I want to upgrade my brakes to GSR in the front. I already have rear disc convertion. I need to know a couple of things. Do I need the GSR steering knuckle or can I use my civic knuckle? Also Does it matter that the GSR calipers are ABS and my civic is not?

Thanks

Because GSR brake are bigger and better I swap a b series in my civic and I just got into auto-X and I have noticed that I need the extra braking force.

Yes, you'll need the Integra knuckle unless you have an EX. ABS doesn't matter unless your car is EX ABS.

You are also going to need a the larger master cylinder from an integra. I don't know which one is a bolt-on, but I know there is one...

So I will need a 98-01 GSR master cylinder. Can it be a 94-01 LS,RS,GSR or must it be a 98-01 GSR?

You will have to use a 98+ because 94-97 have a different mounting flange that will not bolt onto your booster (and the brake lines won't match either)...

Do some parts crossreferencing over at acuraautomotiveparts.org to find out if LS & RS is the same as the GSR one for those years...

Easy as cake...
