Default Fuel Supply Problem

I have a 96-01 GSR (B18C) in my 1990 Civic SI (hatch)

For a while my ECU has been throwing a code 43 (fuel supply line)

About a week ago it started bogging down at high RPM (above 5-6k)

I need to find out what my fuel pressure is, does anyone know any tricks or tools to do this? I am thinking it's my fuel pump. How hard is replacing the fuel pump in a 90 SI ?

not hard just time consuming cause you have to drop the tank in order to get to the fuel pump on our ef's...but I would start with checking you regulator and check the pressure in lines should be around 45psi for fuel is i recall...
