eg without factory front sway bar

I have a 92 lx that I am trying to add a ex front sway to. Problem is it only has one good hole for the bushing that attaches to the chassis. I think ther is supposed to be a stud but there is only a oversized hole and no way to get to the other side of it? I know you guys have a dealt with this. I have comptech rear and really need something up front?

I think you might have to swap the lower control arms with the si lower control arms to get the holes for the sway bar.

you will have to get either any 93-95 civic ex coupe/93-97 del sol si/92-95 civic si/ or 94-01 integra lca's to make that fit right
