Guage Cluster Milage Odometer Stuck......What's The Fix???

Is there a solution or common problem as to why the odometer reading get's stuck?

We installed a different cluster and that one worked. Is there a common problem to why an odometer would get stuck?

well, it depends on if your speedo was working or not. everything breaks eventually or doesn't work as designed. there are also defects and many other possible reasons.
