oh lord, the engrish is kill me
you can't torque wheel with air rachet, tire shop use air compressor with impact gun.
there's no guide line on much you should blast the lugs, every impact gun have different maximium torque and it varys with different power of the compressor
most tire shop with a torque stick, which limit the output of the air impact gun but it's hit or a miss.
a good shop will only do it by hand with a torque wrench, and no, unique whip is doing it right, some moron just just blasted some dude's lambo with a impact gun(that's without torque stick and he's not doing the star pattern)
put some anti seize on the thread while you at it, torque it down to 80 ft/lb.
the anti seize also will give you a more accurate reading(not torque reading by metal to metal contact)
recheck the torque again, if you have new rim/lugs, sometime the paint will wear off and the rims would fly off. they will tell you this if you going to hpde.
