Default Sorta OT: Quick fix to slippery pedals

Well Im not sure if this has been posted before, but I have aluminum pedals on my car, and like most aluminum pedals they get slick when wet. I know you want the gas to be smooth for good throttle control but you sure as hell dont want your foot to slip off the clutch or brake, so what i did was buy some stick-on sandpaper designed for a sanding block(the sandpaper has an adhesive back). All i did was take a couple sheets and cut them down to the size i needed, apply to the brake and clutch, and there you have it, a simple solution to slippery pedals they may not be mugen but they are less expensive and do the same job

Try using some skateboard griptape, probably the same thing as the sandpaper you're refferring to.

Yup grip tape works good. Just cut a square bigger then the pedal, stick it to the pedal and run a razor blade along the edge and its a perfect cut every time You can also rub a file (or screw driver) along the edge of the pedal a few times and that will cut the tape also.
