no i wasnt aware BUT im willing to shell out the extra cash

the way i see it with premium its more worth it to buy it now than it was back in the day... and heres why.
**before lets say gas prices were 1.25 reg 1.45 prem right. 20 cent difference.so therefore premium was 116% the price of reg.
**now gas is 2.85 reg and 3.05 prem. still the 20 cent difference. and now prem is 107% the price of reg.
so i see premium more worth to buy now than years ago.
and on top of that what it adds 5 bucks to fill up? just more a reason to bring my lunch to work insead of fast food. and healthy too.

so about 24 avg? i can deal with that. im getting that now on my current car.

The upper half of the gas guage includes a little more gas. The lower tank is only actually about 100 miles.

I get about 330 on a full tank and thats before the light comes on so I can probably get more but i dont want to push it.
Thats about low 20's for a gallon i think. (half city/half highway)

Preludes are not geared like an economy car. For highway cruising, 5th gear is comparitively low (high numerically). I'm mostly familiar with 3rd gens which need to turn like 4,000 RPM,s to cruise at 80 MPH. My impression is that 4th and 5th gens are the same way.

While Preludes are not real stars for drag racing, get them on a road course and you find that you have 5 USEABLE gears while most other cars only have 4.

ACTUALLY its more like 3 dollars

assuming you want a 5th gen which has a 15.9 tank capacity and assuming that the price of premium is 3.299 (well atleast in my area) it would take about 53 dollars for a full tank (15.9 X 3.299 = $52.4541) (this would also be assuming that you have an empty tank)

again assuming that you want a 5th gen which has a 15.9 tank capacity and assuming that it COULD take regular at the price of 3.099 it would take about 50 dollars for a fulltank (15.9 X 3.099 = $49.2741) (this would also be assuming that you have an empty tank)

53-50 = 3 dollar difference! so your off ha! haha just kidding yea pretty much only difference is by 5 dollars

well good luck with the purchase then

well my car is running very rich, so i get about 17 - 25 mpg depending on how i drive, im hoping that its my knock sensor thats making it do that by retarding my timing and causing it to run rich...gotta change it!
