my CEL comes on after about 5 minutes of driving and shuts off evertime the car turns off. i check the CEL and it gave me the codes 20 and 23.

so what can i do to fix this??

you can fix the problem so that the cel doesn't come back on. Kinda sounds like you may need a new knock sensor

-Open or short in Knock Sensor (KS) circuit
-Knock Sensor (KS)

if i replace the knock sensor will that also fix the code 20 i'm getting?

 

no. but you can leave as it is. it doesn't influence the car performance

 

never know...I was throwing 3 codes right after I did my motor swap, and come to find out, it was just my O2 sensor disconnected. Once I pluged that in, all the codes cleared
