Default Leak Down Test on my fully built b20 turbo motor.. what now..help please

so after 3 days after buyin my car for $9,500, i believe i have a rod knock (video http://s47.photobucket.com/alb...1.flv )... all i did was rev to 7.5krpm to test to see if rev limiter would kick in.. noise coming from my motor either from head or block.. my idle isnt so eratic, so i dont think its a bent valve, so i did a vavle adjustment ( the intake side was a little loose) and noise is still there... then before pullin apart my motor, i do a leak down test on it and this is my results:

Cylinder 1: 55%? (around~35/90) Bad. valve seals
Cylinder 2: Forgot exact numbers. result was sort of bad but there was oil in sparkplugs so piston rings might be bad?
Cylinder 3: 50%? (around 40/90) Bad. valve seals
Cylinder 4: 5%? (around 85/90) Good

spark plug 1=brown
spark plug 2=drenched in oil
spark plug 3=white (lean)
spark plug 4=white (lean)

Supposedly Less then 1,000 miles on motor:

tuned on crome @6psi
B18B 1.8L Non-Vtec Head
- Port and Polished
B20 Block
- Bored/Sleeved 84mm
- Sleeved by Golden Eagle
8.0:1 JE Pistons and Piston Rings
Eagle Rods
Turbonetics T3/T4 Hybrid Turbocharger
Rev Hard Turbo Manifold
Spearco Front Mount Intercooler
Walbro 255lph Fuel Pump
RC 550cc Fuel Injectors
JDM Integra 1998 Valve Cover
JDM Integra 1998 GS-R Transmission
JDM Integra 1998 GS-R Oil Pan

my question is, what should i do now..
1. should i pull apart motor and do a rebuild??
2. should i just replace the head and drain my oil pan and see if its a rod knock?
3. should i just put in a stock b20 motor or ls motor?
4. ??? (ur input here please)

Do your self a favor...

Buy a vtec head
Tear the motor apart
Re-check the piston to wall clearances, buy new rings, check the end gaps etc.
Re-check bearing tolerances etc...
Rebuild it

For cylinders 1 and 3, could you hear the air escaping into the exhaust? I really think that you have bent valves.

I would pull the oil pan first just to check you rods. I really think that you will be pulling the head soon thereafter.

well, we heard air escaping into the other cylinders, coudlnt really tell if it was escaping from the intake or exhaust b/c turbocharged.. exhaust as in TAIl pipe coudlnt hear any air coming out of the very end of car (straight pipe too)

It sounds like you really don't even know if the motor is built or how well it was built. Do you have reciepts for the internals? Assuming the motor does have the pistons/sleeves etc, you should have been plenty safe at 6psi, once again assuming the motor was tuned.

IMHO you should tear everything down before you damage the sleeves, assuming you can still rehone, or even worse, damage the head.

na i have NO receits whatsoever. the guy who sold me the car was like "why should i give receits for stuff i p aid for" ..

Just came back from Bseries today.. scott from bseries telling me its not a rod knock.. might be my pistons, slapping b/c whoever built it probably had it too big so my pistons are loose slapping the walls.. he said i should either rebuild my whole motor, cost around 4grand... or increase the boost and the noise will go away.. lol. "put a t tap into my wastegate line.." lol
