Default Leak Down Test on my fully built b20 turbo motor.. what now..help please

so after 3 days after buyin my car for $9,500, i believe i have a rod knock (video http://s47.photobucket.com/alb...1.flv )... all i did was rev to 7.5krpm to test to see if rev limiter would kick in.. noise coming from my motor either from head or block.. my idle isnt so eratic, so i dont think its a bent valve, so i did a vavle adjustment ( the intake side was a little loose) and noise is still there... then before pullin apart my motor, i do a leak down test on it and this is my results:

Cylinder 1: 55%? (around~35/90) Bad. valve seals
Cylinder 2: Forgot exact numbers. result was sort of bad but there was oil in sparkplugs so piston rings might be bad?
Cylinder 3: 50%? (around 40/90) Bad. valve seals
Cylinder 4: 5%? (around 85/90) Good

spark plug 1=brown
spark plug 2=drenched in oil
spark plug 3=white (lean)
spark plug 4=white (lean)

Supposedly Less then 1,000 miles on motor:

Walbro 255lph Fuel Pump
RC 550cc Fuel Injectors
JDM Integra 1998 Valve Cover
JDM Integra 1998 GS-R Transmission
JDM Integra 1998 GS-R Oil Pan

my question is, what should i do now..
1. should i pull apart motor and do a rebuild??
2. should i just replace the head and drain my oil pan and see if its a rod knock?
3. should i just put in a stock b20 motor or ls motor?
4. ??? (ur input here please)

that just sounds like some very bad valve clap, u said that u did a valve adjustment, this started when u hit the limiter? it was fine before u did that?

yeah did a valvel adjustment but iono if he did it right.. the knocking / clicking noise was not there until i tried to hit rev limiter ( btw there was no rev limiter thats why it went up to 7.5k rpm)
