Recently swapped a d16a6 into my HF. I checked today and I'm getting 25 mpg for city driving. The number doesn't really seem right. Any help in what I should start to check for?

I don't smell gas fumes from my engine nor do i smell rotten eggs out of my exhaust pipe. I also replaced the fuel filter with the swap.
