Default Black Leather vs. Two Tone Red/Black Leather Interior

Greetings Folks!

Well I just wanted to say hi. I used to frequent this site long ago in the Integra section when I owned one but havent been around since I didnt own a car worth talking about . Well Im back and looking to buy a S2k. I wanted to get people's opinions and impressions on the two interior choices in the title. I want to get a 2004 either Silverstone Metallic but cant decide between the black interior or the two tone. I personally like the two tone but have gotten comments from friends that two tone interiors seem to degrade quicker? So any insight would be appreciated.

Thanks folks!

Neel

I say rock the two tone! You should be able to find a 2004 w/ Black and red interior that is in great shape no problem. Mine is a 2000 with two tone int. It is in great shape. As long as you take care of it, there should be no difference in wear.

I also have the all black, i like the Stealthiest it has... with he all black cockpit.

But there’s a dude i hang out with some times who has the 2 town, and its pretty cool looking

My opinion - Black.
but the hell with it, if u come across a 2tone, go for it.

Good luck on your S2K shopping

I have never seen a two toned S2000 interior I liked unless its black with red seats. I think it looks ricey and cheap and reminds me of 5 years ago when people were spray painting their Civic's interior door handles and glove boxes different colors.

well its ur own preference i have a 05 2 tone (aka 2 town)... ive seen earlier years where the 2 tone looks ugly, but in the 05 atleast the changed how much red so it looks classier, not as ricey...theres plenty of all black s2k's out there i like having a slightly different car, even tho theres plenty of 2 tones as well.

like anybody should be doing take care of the leather, especially with topdown and sun hitting it...take care of any car and it will run forever and ook brand new

Not too fond of the 2 tone in the AP2's. I LOVED the red/black combo in the AP1's.

An 04 GPW with saddle & black, it doesn't get better than that ! Except for maybe an 05.

I have the an 05 berlina black with all black leather, i love it, it looks mean as hell, but theres a red AP1 with the 2 tone leather seats out of the AP2, it looks great, black on black, black on red/black, red on red/black is just pure hotness~!

Mine is an 01 Berlina with the black and red combo. I love it, haven't noticed any degradation in the interior other then a little bit on the bolster of the drivers seat. Everything else is mint.

Man it's a convertible!!!! I think the interior needs to be loud when the tops down. I wish Rio Yellow came with the two tone.

Its by far and away the best car i have owned!
Previous list being a 01 Integra GSR [SOLD] , 92 240 SX [Selling] and a 05 Civic Hybrid.

Im sure I'll ask some more questions as time goes on!

Thanks!

silverstone with r/b interior is hotness on wheels. its your car and your the one looking at it 99% of the time. pick the color choice you like better and buy it. dont let anyone elses opinion get in the way. no matter what your still drivin a nice car people will love.
