My car has had this problem for a while, where I am just chillin in 5th and it pops out of gear once in a while. Well today, the same thing happened except now the tranny makes this loud high-pitch squeak/grinding noise whenever I am in gear and hitting the throttle at all. I had to shift clutchless for about a mile for fear that my clutch may have a problem, but does anyone know what this problem is??

 

i might be wrong but sounds like synchros

 

Have you checked your tranny fluid level?
