Default intercooler fan

I was thinking of easy random in-expensive cool ways to get easy hp. Most are brining the engine's temp down. I thought about adding a small thin fan in front of my FMIC, like the radiator has (should it point the same direction? lol), Royal Purple coolant additive, high-presure radiator cap, and a C02 purge kit? Anyone ever make one of those? Is the a way to rig up some Co2 to be sprayed onto your intercooler ?

Sounds like a good idea to me, but with that said, I don't have a turbo'd car either.

and then sprayed water on it? Just do an I/C water sprayer, run it off your windshield washers, its like 3 bucks worth of parts from Home Depot.
