headstuds
first remove your valve cover and then your timing belt, after that you use a 12mm socket to remove all the cam cap bolts and a 10mm socket to remove the ones on the ends
after that you take the head studs off in reverse sequence
install the arp's with the moly lube and do a 2 step torque, forst to 35 lbs and then to 70lbs and you will be fine
MAKE SURE YOU TORQUE THE HEADSTUDS IN THE PROPER SEQUENCE.
and dont forget the new head gasket as well

I am not sure if ARP makes you stretch them before the final torque down, but my Golden Eagle studs were first tightened to 25 ft/lbs, then torqued to 50 ft/lbs. After that, loosen a half turn and retorque to 50 ft/lbs. Repeat this 3 times and then torque to the final value of 70 ft/lbs.
The sequence is starting at the middle and working your way out in a crisscross fashion.
And yeah, make sure you use the supplied lube.
