i need torque lb

Default i need torque lb

does any one know the torque spec i should torque my gsr head down with arp head studs ????????

70 ft lbs but you should start at like 15 then 30 than 45 then finally go to 70 ft lbs. You are talking about torqouing the nuts on top down that hold the head on, right? If not the studs themselves you just have to screw in fingertight and then the nuts on top have to be torqued down with a 13 MM deep multi point socket. Start in the middle and zigzag your way outward when torqouing the arp headsud bolts. Good luck.
