Default Steady Speed

I have a 90 Teg. w/ a B16A in it (its the 1st gen.) using the PR3 ECU. I have noticed that when I try to cruise, the car seems to stutter or hesitate, if I apply a little more pressure to the gas pedal it seems to break free and accelerate. This happens every time I try to cruise, really noticeable on the freeway. Whats up?? Please HELP!!!!!!!

I remember a thread awhile back partaining to (what I think) was the same problem.
With a non obd b16 you should check the O2 sensors.. you might have them switched.. I know that some people fixed a similar problem with b16's and pr3 by just chipping the pr3 and dissabling the o2 and knock sensors.

I have replaced both O2's, Magnacore wires, Balanced and blue printed Injectors, New filter, plugs, cap & rotor, AEM intake, Pressure regulator, and fuel rail.
The car runs like a bat outa hell and idles smooth, but when you cruise it just like mis fires or something. Do you think it could be TPS??
