Default Engine Sputters????

I have a 2nd Gen Integra w/ a B16A Swap, the car is strong running and is throwing no codes, but as you drive at any steady speed it kinda sputters or surges....if you push the pedal a little more it breaks free and accelerates. Whats up with that?? Help please it's very anoying.

How are the plugs looking? Does it blow any black smoke when it sputters? What about the plug wires?

New cap, rotor, ZFR5F11 NGK plugs, Magnacore wires, fuel filter, AEM fuel rail, AEM regulator, PCV valve, and stock injectors balanced and blue printed by RC.
Has any one had problems with the JDM PR3 ECU??

I am having the same problem on an obd-1 LS/vtec. It occurs between 2.5K and up when I try to maintain a constant speed. If I press on the gas to accelerate then the problem goes away. I replaced the distributor, plugs, wires, fuel pump, and FPR. I ran a fuel system cleaner and this did nothing. The problem seems to happen worse when it it cold outside. If anybody has any in-site please help. I occasionally get a code 43, but it only pops up every once in awhile.

yes it could be your fuel filter and it also might be the ign. coil in the distributor

POSSIBLY LOSING SPARK; SPRAY SOME WATER ON THE WIRES AND DISTRIBUTOR AND SEE IF THE SPARK GETS GROUNDED OUT.

Replaced Map sensor today, that is not the problem either. I ceaned out the valve on the back of the IM and restarted the ECU. THis seemed to clear up the problem, but that is what happens then it comes back after some driving. We will see tommarow.
