Default fixing cast iron block

I broke a tranny mounting ear off of the front of my dsm 4g63 block. What's the best way to go about fixing such a problem. I still have the piece. Taking the motor out of the car is not an option. Should I braze or braze weld? How about tig or stick. I was looking into stick'n it with some magna 770. It's supposed to be able to weld cast iron with no preheat without cracking. Should I trust it?

To get it repaired properly, you will need to take the engine out of the car.

NEVER!!! I was thinking about brazing it. Or arc welding it with magna 770. If either of those don't work, then I'm gonna weld an extension bracket on the front of the bell housing and run a bolt through the front motor mount with a spacer. I think that the bracket would work perfectly. It just wouldn't look 100% factory.
