What color red is it and what is the paint code if you have it. I know we have some Euro itr owners on the board.

It’s milano red, the code for that is R81.
It’s not that easy though…
I found that out when my car was ran into by a taxi when it was parked for the night.
The paint shop had big problems with the matching of the paint. So after a long time looking around on the Internet, and of course some help from Honda-Tech I found this:

"Third generation Integras use three coats of base coat paint, followed by a clearcoat finish. Strangely, the color "Milano Red" or R81 uses a different painting process. The base coat consists of an unflattering orange red paint. The clear coat is a deep transparent purple gloss. The combination of the two results in a deep red color. Other Honda paints that use this process can be found on the NSX."

The white rims on a red ITR looks odd. Like wearing a suit and jogging shoes IMO.

 

Well, they were there when I bought it. The newer ones had gunmetal rims, but mine is one of the first red ones I guess, it was bought new in Germany in April '98.

I don't mind it though, I'm probably one out of like ten people in this country that has white rims on a car...

...What I do mind is the pain to keep em white!!
