Default brake pedal

ok so i changed my alternator a while ago and unbolted and moved the mc to the side to remove the alt. since then when its been really hot, i notice that when i go to brake my brake pedal just keeps going towards the floor. the car stops but the pedal just keeps going though and it takes a lil bit longer to stop the car. is my mc gone or going or what. the fluid is still there i thought maybe it was leaking but its not.
wtf is wrong with my car anyone??

Bleed 'em and check your results. Sounds like the culprit. Even without lines moving, there's a possibility you moved something, or binded something and it let a little bit in.

Sounds to me like your MC took a dump. May be totally unrelated to moving it for the alt swap

Or it's half related. It was on it's way out, and when it was moved it finally triggered something...

or ti would be that when u took your MC out you got air IN the MC.

air in the MC feels like you described pretty much. and it will never go away with just bleeding the brakes. you have to bench bleed the MC everytime you take it off/out.
