Default Need help with engine swap

Im wanting to put a K20A Type R engine into my 98' Integra LS. I have a price for the complete engine with 6 speed LSD tranny, ECU, axels with half shafts, stock shift linkage, stock motor mounts, alternator, starter, clutch, flywheel, intake manifold, exhaust manifold, fuel rail, injectors, distributor, and engine harness, for $5800.00. How much (including that) do you think I might end up spending to have it installed into my integra, and what do you think the compatibility percentage is?

First of all the value of your 98 LS is probably like around 8-10 g's or more depending on mileage and condition then spending another $5800 plus for the swap, fabrications and labor...you might as well save a little more and sell the car then get an RSX TYPE-S your spending nearly the same amount. Your most definitely going to be spending more then you think. Thats just my .02.

I got the car for 2000 dollars, and it only had 35000 miles on it. Friend works at car dealership, heh, but i dont have any money into, all the mods came on it. Bought it to race my local 4 cylinder drag tourneys at the local track.

since you have 98 ls.. is better off to sell it and buy rsx type s. the swap will cost you itself 5800. Motor mounts and k pro cost you around 2 g. and you will need ppl to swap it i would say 8to10. with all that say is alot of money going into a dc, and dc is the most stolen car in 05. just invest in your money and buy rsx.. and its the last year too no more rsx after this year

if you were to build for track. b series and h series is good too. k20 is good, but you need experinece ppl to work on it, like swapping it and run k pro and ect

iono where your from but since you got a 98 ls.. if you were to plan to get a type r try to get a 98+ type r for best gear ratio. for motor mount is better if you were to get hasport or other brand.. cuz your old 1 you dont even noe how old that is.. but type r is cool too.

for track i would say h22
