DTC 7 on a p30 chipped, it wont go away!

Default code 43 on a cel on a p30 chipped, it wont go away!

ok... i haved this chipped p30 for about a yr and half now.. and everytime i go on a long trip or im in 5th gear for over 2 minutes it throws code 43... im thinking its the ecu... b.c it wasnt doing it before.. but the reason i bought that ecu was b/c my stock ecu burnt out on me... anyone thinking the same or something i can try??? oh yea its on a 94 sol with a jdm b16 in it... but it came with a A3 in it.. so no difference in motors...

yea i know that... i just cant think of what it might be.. because everything on my fuel system is pretty much new
