The USDM fender liners work, and are the same, except there are cuts that need to be made. Read that thread.

I don't have a JDM front. Do an archived search for JDM fender and read the ones pertaining to the fender liner. Like I said, according to info posted here the parts are the same; it's just that the USDM liners do not have a particular cut made in them, as opposed to the JDM ones. From skimming that thread I linked, the place where the cut should be made is marked on the liner.
Also someone mentioned getting a set from passwordjdm.com

"Don't waste your time trying to cut your USDM ones when you can install these quickly and easily!"
..Don't waste your time cutting along the factory-provided markings when you can spend 150 bucks on ours.. when we get some in stock again!
muahahaaa
(I'd probably buy them too

I actually bought the JDM ones long time ago when I was restoring my JDM front. I compared them to the USDM ones and found out that they were EXACTLY the same.
There is a fine line on the USDM fenderliners and a dimple dot to signify where to stop the cut. It is where the fender meets the bumper cover. The cut is like 1" or so long.
The JDM ones are cut at the factory whereas the USDM ones aren't.
