Default Hondata?

What's an average price for the hondata standalone system. And do they come pre mapped or do they need to be completely programmed from scratch.

My application is for a JRSC, I've been told this is the best way to go to get the most out of the blower.

I'm surprised no one had responded to you yet.
To check prices go to the hondata site
http://www.hondata.com
Prices do not really change unless it is a group buy where I've seen stage 4 sell for about $745 USD.
As far as I know they do not come programmed but you can buy maps that may be close to your setup and you won't have to program from scratch, just tweak in.

We are a dealer for them:
http://www.c-speedracing.com/onlinestore/hondata.html

We will give you a base map for your application. We also have a tuned ROM for the JRSC at stock boost and at 8psi on a build block that we can supply you.

Please email me for more details. Thanks.
