disaster after engine swap
Car: 89 crx dx converted to OBD-1
Engines swapped: blown-up d16z6 to another d16z6
problems after swap: throws the following CEL's:
3-MAP sensor
5-MAP sensor
6-ECT sensor
7-TPS sensor
17-VSS sensor
21-VTEC spool solenoid
22-VTEC pressure valve
we "ghetto-wired" the vtec so i guess thats why its throwing the CEL for that...the rest of the sensors are good, they were all swapped from the motor i blew up to the new one, and all of a sudden they stopped working...the car runs fine, its just that it throws the CEL...what do u guys think its happening?

the wiring wasnt changed, and it was working perfectly fine before, and now it wont.

In our older cars, the ECU reads the VSS signal off the cluster. If there is an error with the VSS it is there. For the rest of the errors, did you use a harness to convert or did you hardwire it like myself? If you hardwired it, did you check everything three times before you cut a wire and reconnected it?
