Default Car idles after swap and check light

My z6 recently went out and i swap in a mini me. It starts but then dies, im getting code 16-fuel injectors; 22-VTEC pressure valve; and 41-primary oxygen sensor heater. any suggestion would be helpful.

The car when i started it revs up to 3k and runs for 5 seconds then it dies, check light comes on right after. At first it ran but idle really high. and when i gave it some gas it rev even higher and stayed high, like 4k. need help bad!

swap out ECU's - could be a bad one (most likely the ECU bad) try different injectors just in case too... 22 is VTEC wiring is switched and/or bad, and 41 has to do with O2 sensor (is it plugged in?)

got it running fine now. i adjusted the screw to fix lower the idle. add 1/2 quart of oil, and reset the ecu (pull out the fuses) and it runs fine now. once in a while the idle would rev to 1200 or drop to 500 but its mostly at 800 rpm now.
