Problem With Swapppp

Its a 98 ex cooupe with a b18c1 gsr swap. I am getting a slight shake around low rpms. It doesnt go away either, everytime i am around 2-3,000 rpms i get this shake. ANybody know what the problem is?

My engine mount is busted. Would that be the problem. Because it doesnt shake when i floor it or are at high rpms and the engine isnt banging around. It only shakes at 2-3,000 rpm's
