need help asap running boost hondata with all motor running like shit

i have a tuned hondata for my fully built b18c. i have a header on it right now to get it emissioned. i just got the motor back from a rebuild. i'm in the breaking in process. the engine sputters around 3k and wont go any higher and breaks in and out. i have 3 bar maf sensor and and 1000cc injectors on it right now.... will it not run right unless i put the turbo manifold on. or do i have a diffrent problem. i am showing check engine light 14 which is iac. idols roughly. it ran fine for a little while and all of a sudden it started to not take idol and barely wants to go... if you have any ideas let me know!
Wait, U said the motor is rebuilt? Is the ecu tuned for 1000cc with the GM3 bar mapsensor? and your running a header too? If the ecu is tuned for turbo then of course your gonna need to run the turbo manifold and the turbo itself..

yes because i ned the hondata to run the injectors. otherwise i would put my skunk 2 ecu in it

let me clarify this..
i have a build B18c that was built for boost and tuned already on boost
it blew the ringlands and i just had new pistons and rnigs installed and rebalanced with new bearings...the works
i'm running a Hondata s200 set-up wiht boost option
its tuned on the 1,000cc's with the 3-bar
right now to break it in a lil i have a header on it to start it...and to try and emmision it...
all i'm asking is....is b/c i don't have the turbo on it...is that the reason i have a break-up around 3k and what not...i have a code 14...but thats for IACV...not really anything to do with throttle....i dono why i have a 14 code but maybe the sensor itsself broke somehow....
i'm assuming its b/c of the 3 bar...its mean't for boost..and there isn't any right now..
i'm just waiting on my manifold to be welded up basically.....and the boost unit will be installed...

it runs fine now with my brand new msd distributor off. msd distributors
