turbo sound

i see this 240 driving around my area and when its at low rpm i still could hear the turbo spool and its wastegate opening up..how come my greddy kit doesnt do that when its at low rpm?

i have a sohc...umm is that one an external wastegate? or is all greddy internal?

I think 240 most likely have a ball bearing turbo.. It spool very fast.. Maybe thats the reason why u hear it at low rpm...
