DC5 Type R Brembo 5 Lug Conversation
will this conversation work on the 04-05 em2 and is it worth it

You'd need to get custom Axles up front, because the K-series transmission is mounted differently than a D17. Also, you'd to roll the fenders, since the DC5-R has a wider stance than a normal DC5. The Control Arms are different.
You'd be better off just swapping for rear discs off an EP3, and getting an aftermarket brake kit. Unless you already swapped a K-series, then go for the DC5-R swap.
Also, you could use the Sway bars without an issue.
Would it be worth it? Not unless you're already swapping a K-series. Even then, it's still expensive.

I really do not think you're going to find that it's worth the money in the long run.
If you want to do all that, you might find that purchasing another car in the first place would be the better thing to do, long term.
