What Pistons and Rods
I use Wiseco & Crower Steel Billetts
About $1100+ for the combo
JE Pistons & Eagle Rods will be cheaper
Deciding exactly what size dish to get depends on whether your block and/or head has been milled and then you can pick a headgasket sized to obtain your desired compression ratio.

read my previous post, had the block been milled and/or the head? When you order pistons it says what pistons will achieve said compression ratio, those #'s are with a stock block, but on an LS/Vtec its a little different, has your head and block been milled/surfaced at all, what VTEC head are you using? I cant just spit a # at you without details
I have Endyn pistons and egale rods in my ls/vtec. I like the endyns cuz they sound nice and stock .. I had so JE i didn't like the but its just my two cents .

With a stock sized headgasket you will need a piston with about a -9.3 dome to get exactly 9:1, its best just to call a shop on here and tell them what you got and what you are looking for.....
81.5mm endyn 9.0.1 comp pistons ,eagle h beams, all new honda bearing and pumps(water and oil), B16 head stock right now soon to have ctr cams and supertech valvetrain or omnipower valvetrain no sure yet on that part ..with Edlebrock Intake mani + 65.mm tb. honda timing belt, and my old turbo set up was a t3/60-1 on a ramhorn mani with 3inch dp.
