I have Avid's 005 mount kit, but I'm having some problems. I got the mount problem figured out, seeing as I just bolted the mount up to the tranny, but I'm in DIRE ned of some assistance here.....

I cant figure out what to do with the piece that the end of the slave cylinder fits into. All Avid's instructions say is to mount the adapter piece onto the clutch fork. I don't know whether to bolt the slave cylinder to the drivers side or the transmission side and the side (the motor side makes more sense, seeing as the adapter piece fits in better, but the slave cylinder will only bolt up in one hole unless I grind a wee bit off of it). And how the hell do I mount the adapter piece ot the fork?Do I just go ahead and drill a hole? Please help me, this is all that I have holding me back to getting my LS swap into my EG.
