Okay so i just picked up my jdm b16a and i already had a ys1 b17 gsr tranny, i decided not to swap cases to hydro and just go with staying cable and going with the innovative kit, i just mounted the mount and slave cylinder with the bracket that was included i realized that the dc rear t mount wasnt the same so i went to trade it for the da cable rear t mount and i found out i will to modify my rear engine mount bolted to my subframe because it was wider than the opening on the t mount,

my question is can i use a da rear mount, are the mounting points the same on the subframe, or do i have to modify the eg one?

I also ran into another problem, I cant figure out what vss to use on my transmission the gear on the cable speed sensor is smaller than any of the hydro ones iv ever seen? has anybody done this swap and can anyone help clear up these problems for me?

From what I can see, HASport and Innovative offer a full mount kit for this swap. So either you'll have to swap the rear mount from a DA, or get the custom mount from HASport or Innovative.

I think there is a good reason very few people know about this. In the end it's cheaper & easier to get the newer hydro parts.

the only custom mount you need is the top transmission mount example Hasport EGBCC

the rear mount used is the same one that came in your car

you need the 94-01 integra 5spd T bracket

94-97 dohc vtec del sol shift linkage

any 92-00 civic or 94-01 integra 5spd VSS will work in the transmission

k all works but rear t braket! i am running into problems running both hydro dc mount and cable da t mount! neither work. any input on this??

you use the 94-01 integra rear T bracket
just make sure you have a 5spd bracket
