Default clutch sensors in a manual transition swap

We swapped a b16a3 from a 94 sol into a auto 94 sol yesterday. We dont have it running yet but I was wondering if those are necessary for the car to run. Also if they are how do I configure that into the auto car. The sensors I am talking about are the ones on top of the clutch pedal configuration that tell the computer when the clutch is depressed. Will the engine not start w/out them???

been there done that on my old EJ. yes it will start. you just don't have to clutch it to start the car if you don't hook that wire up.

the neutral safety switch on automatic cars are the same thing as a clutch pedal sensor so all you have to do is extend the wire to the switch under the clutch pedal. Or what I did with my buddies swap was just short the wire so the ECU thinks that it is always in so you could start when ever.

the clutch switch is a safety device

you are goin to have to wire up the park switch so that the car thinks it's in park in order for the car to start

after that is wired up you do not need the clutch safty switch unless you wan some extra insurance on not starting the car iin gear
