No. B16s have a shorter deck hieght and some header companys make thier headers accordingly. Some headers may not clear the oil pan. And as far as a direct bolt on the answer is also no. 94-99 gsr headers have the o2 sensor in the cat not in the header so it would be too short to hook your existing cat/exhaust up to.
