Default header fitment 99si:94-99gsr

I just bought a dc sports header for a 94-99 gsr that im putting on a 99si. All b-series exhaust ports are the same right? This will fit but the only problem should be the fitment to the cat right? Which isn't that big of a deal since i got a good deal on the header.

Thanks in advance for a simple question just looking for input.

yes, the only problem you will have will be that it is a little longer where it meets the cat.

I could have sworn that an b18 header will not fit a b16

I Bought the headers just now and figured out the problem I guess GSR's dont have the O2 sensor on the headers or some ****. These are SS DC Sports 4-2-1 for a 94-99 Gsr. Is the weird or just right?

Does the 99si exhaust (headers or manifold referring to stock) even have the 02 sensor? Ill have to look tomorrow

I read a thread in here....I forgot where its is but as the picture showed on header, GSR header shorter than Civic Si header. I"m sure you can find its on here someplace with picture showing GSR header, Civic Si and one other header....

The '94-'99 GS-R header is shorter in length than the Si's stock header. As you've also noted, it has no O2 sensor bung. Instead, the primary O2 (and secondary O2 on OBD-2 cars) is located in the cat itself.

The header is shorter for the gsr. i had to cut my test pipe and add like 4 1/2 inches to get it to work but it all worked out. and for the o2 bung my test pipe had one so thats where the o2 sensor went.

Pm'd with some questions thanks for the help guys that is what i was looking for. Im going to research to see if i could use the cat of a GSR if it is longer than the SI's or not. Or if i just have to use a test pipe.
